salut!
You are kindly invited to 3 days event with what real men love most – tiny dolls, dices, beer and oh so sophicticated sense of humour of the gathered company. The event will take place on
16-17th of May at Podzamcze near castle Ogrodzieniec, Poland in the building of the pimary school at 6 Szkolna Street. We start as usual at 5pm on Friday evening and we finish as soon as we tot up all the loses and find all the missing kids on Sunday. Your presence, from the begging to the end is not obligatory. Frankly speaking, if you want to pop in for just 15 minutes, there will be no hurt feelings (we might only look askance and whisper in the corners)
This year we are slightly changing the rules of our event. Of course we all love WARMASTER, this is an almost perfect system – the figures, even painted slovently, look great from the distance, the whole army weights close to nothing, there is always space on the table where you can put the bottle of beer and the base 2x10 with the attached figures hardly goes through the gullet of the underaged. But let’s not be fools – this system is dead. But since we are still live and kicking and the spirit is up, we have extended the form of meetings. This year we will not be formalizing the WARMASTER skirmishes but we are working on the system of the skirmishes with the loosely linked plots. There will be also WARZONE, PMC2640, Space Hulk, boardgames (as per your interests) or whatever else you would like to be present there. Oh yeah, and this weird paltry system with so 80’s mechanics - wuha40k
What do we offer?
Accommodation, as in the previous years, in the primary school at 6 Szkola Street. 2€ per night (on comfortable mattresses). Microwave, kettle, grill and so on for your use.
What do we expect from you?
Except for your presence, we would need to share some responsibilities. If you have some games, bring them with you, play with others or let others play. If you have some boards, which you can take along, pleae take them. If you baked some cookies, I would personally love to try them.
This event is basically a chance to socialize so do not count on strict bye-laws, time contraints, judges with the skipper licence or the costumes of the era . This is not what this is about. We do not charge anything (the price of the accommodation is entirely transferred to the school), this is not a commercial thing and frankly speaking the price of the participation is only one single beer for the organiser (local beers are welcomed
